About The Position

We're looking for a Registered Client Service Associate to keep: • keep management systems up-to-date with client information • support execution of client orders, including journals, wire transfers, and trades • educate clients on account services and capabilities • help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings • collect the right documentation to open new accounts and service requests • support advisors with Source of Wealth Narratives and any other KYC/AML related tasks • plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials • provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities You'll be working on the newly developed Global Access Desk, supporting advisors covering the LatAm, EMEA and Switzerland regions. The Global Access Desk is part of Wealth Management US and is a partnership model focused on existing client relationships of the firm through the firms existing collaboration programs. As a Registered Client Service Associate, you'll play an important role in servicing clients and providing operational and administrative support to advisors on the desk.

Requirements

  • Series 7 and 66 licenses required
  • Ideally 5+ years of experience in a client associate or similar role
  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Excellentmunicator, with solid interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with KYC/AML topics
  • Excellentmunication skills in English
  • Ability to work and converse in additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, German and/or Italian is an asset
