About The Position

We're looking for a Registered Client Service Associate to provide best-in-class client experience through active communication, anticipation and fulfillment of needs, attention to detail, and quick inquiry resolution. The role involves onboarding and maintaining client accounts, optimizing operational efficiencies, processing incoming/outgoing wires and charitable gifts, cash management, and key information documentation. Additionally, the associate will perform administrative duties that support daily business practices, such as telephone coverage, business travel arrangements, meeting coordination, expense reports, and team calendar management. The associate will also support the team's business development efforts by maintaining marketing materials, including digital and social media platforms, and planning client events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, focusing on finance, communication, or business.
• Series 7 and 66 licenses or willingness to obtain after hire.
• Ideally 5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector.
