About The Position

Position Summary: In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with children to implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll help children build communication, social, and daily living skills in a fun, nurturing setting. Requirements Qualifications: Active RBT certification required Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental delays, is preferred Passion for pediatric therapy and child development Excellent communication, patience, and flexibility Ability to work on-site
