About The Position
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 support to students in an Autism Intensive Program. The ideal candidate will work in a structured, behavior-focused educational environment supporting students with autism in achieving behavioral and social development goals.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification required
- Experience working with children with autism preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently in a structured setting
Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Support behavioral and social skill development
- Track and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff
