Requirements

• Must have a driver's license and personal vehicle for travel as there is no public transportation available.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to clients and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collaborate with other members of the treatment team.
• Explain treatment plans and progress to clients and their families in a clear and concise manner.
• Implement treatment plans accurately and make adjustments based on data collected during each session.
• Maintain a positive attitude when working with clients, especially those facing challenges.
