About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children in our outpatient pediatric ABA clinic in Cameron, North Carolina . Requirements

  • Ideal candidates have experience in the field of mental health, child development, or education.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have, at minimum, completed high school national equivalent and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a pediatric clinic setting
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
  • Collect and document behavioral data
  • Support skill development, communication, and daily living goals
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, clinicians, and families
  • Provide in-person behavior therapy services within home, community, and clinic settings by working directly with clients, either 1:1 or small group setting.
