About The Position
HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children in our outpatient pediatric ABA clinic in Cameron, North Carolina. Requirements
- Ideal candidates have experience in the field of mental health, childdevelopment, or education. However, we encourage anyone to apply that enjoysbeing around children and has a passion for making a difference in their lives!
- Must be at least 18 years old and have, at minimum, completed high schoolnational equivalent and have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a pediatric clinic setting
- Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect and document behavioral data
- Support skill development, communication, and daily living goals
- Collaborate with BCBAs, clinicians, and families
- Provide in-person behavior therapy services within home, community, and clinicsettings by working directly with clients, either 1:1 or small group setting.
