The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) delivers behavior-analytic services under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). This role includes engaging in supervision sessions, documenting behavior and psychiatric symptoms, and participating in professional development activities. The RBT travels to group homes and facilities as needed and supports the overall goals of the Behavior Support Department.
