Registered Behavior Technician - Part Time
About The Position

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on our team, you’ll work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and families to deliver high-quality, play-based ABA therapy. Scheduled as needed based on clinic needs and client demand.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Competence with a variety of computer applications
- Comfortable persona to better develop relationships with children and their families
Responsibilities
- Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients
- Engage with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback
- Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time
