SCHEDULE: Tuesday and Friday - 5:30-7:30pm Wednesday and Thursday - 3:30-7:30pm Milestone Achievements ABA is looking to hire a few experienced RBT (Registered Behavior Technicians) for in-home ABA therapy services in Dacula, GA. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), an RBT provides one-to-one instruction to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or related developmental disabilities within the home, school or community.

Requirements

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (required)
Personal means of transportation
Seek feedback, supervision, and ongoing training
Prior experience in ABA
Compassion and patience towards children with disabilities and their families

Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.
Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions.
Collect detailed behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions and input into an electronic device, logging all hours and data accurately.
Other related duties as required.
