About The Position
Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. They support their RBTs with strong supervision and clear onboarding to confidently apply skills and make a real impact with the families served. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.
Requirements
- Active RBT Certification
- High school diploma
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Organized, dependable, and open to feedback
- Interest in behavioral health
Responsibilities
- Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
- Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Collect and track session data
- Support skill development and promote positive behavior
- Share progress with your clinical team
