About The Position

This is a home-based RBT position, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in the client’s home under the supervision of a BCBA. You will work directly with children and families to implement individualized treatment plans and support meaningful skill development. Requirements

Current and active RBT Certification (required — ABA Squad is currently accepting only certified RBTs for this role)
Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes in the Hampton area
A strong passion for supporting children with autism and helping them achieve measurable success
