The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) plays a key role in supporting children with behavioral and developmental needs within a multidisciplinary care setting. This position works closely with nursing, therapy, and clinical leadership to implement behavior strategies, support engagement in daily programming, and help create structured, developmentally appropriate classroom environments. The RBT will help bring consistency, structure, and positive behavior support into the day-to-day experience of each child while ensuring documentation and communication are completed accurately and timely. The Kidz Club PPEC provides daily skilled nursing care for children (birth-21) with complex medical needs in a happy, supportive, and engaging environment. We bring together nurses, therapists, pediatricians, and families to deliver coordinated, high-quality care through strong communication, expert case management, and meaningful enrichment activities, all designed to support the whole child.
