Butterfly Effects' mission is to make a socially meaningful change in the lives of children and families by hiring passionate, caring people to serve those affected by autism. They offer a welcoming environment with a leadership team that champions every individual to achieve their potential, aiming to make teams feel valued, respected, and heard. At Butterfly Effects, individuals can build a rewarding career with education and training support, including opportunities to grow towards gaining Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification with guidance and financial assistance. The company is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to teach young children affected by autism. This is a permanent part-time opportunity, typically 10-20 hours on average. The home-based treatment involves working directly with the child and the family in their natural environment (most often their home) to teach essential skills such as communication, sharing, playing, and waiting. RBTs make sessions fun by teaching through play-based activities. Butterfly Effects provides training to all staff to ensure they feel confident in instructing children affected by autism. Since its inception in 2005, Butterfly Effects has served over 10,000 families, improving lives through a family-centric applied behavior analysis (ABA) approach. As a national leader in autism treatment, the company employs more than 100 BCBAs and 800 behavior technicians across 12 states, with local management by regional directors and BCBA teams. Their corporate office in Deerfield Beach, Florida, houses leadership and administrative staff supporting various operations.
