Requirements

  • Ideal candidates have experience in the field of mental health, child development, or education. However, we encourage anyone to apply that enjoys being around children and has a passion for making a difference in their lives!
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have, at minimum, completed high school national equivalent and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Follow and carry out individualized behavior programs created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), while working closely under their direction.
  • Track and document behaviors, progress, and session outcomes.
  • Provide direct, one-to-one support for children with autism spectrum disorder.
  • Create and uphold a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for both clients and team members.
  • Assist children in building important daily skills, including motor development, personal care, independent living tasks, potty training, and social–emotional growth.
  • Be comfortable moving quickly, transitioning from floor-level activities, and engaging in active sessions.
  • Stay curious and adaptable—learn new skills daily, work independently, and deliver high-quality care to the children we serve.
  • Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and Operations Manager.
