About The Position

Finni is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver in-home ABA care. In this role, you will provide one-on-one support to patient's families, assisting children in acquiring new skills and achieving developmental milestones. Finni Health aims to empower BCBAs to establish local in-home ABA clinics, bringing together therapists, marketers, and technology experts to advance autism care.

Requirements

• Minimum high-school degree or equivalent
• Experience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needs
• Reliable Transportation
• Must have an active CPR Certification
• Must be willing to become RBT certified within specific time frame
• Located within a 30 minute commute of Sandy Springs, GA
• Available to work part-time, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 3pm-5pm
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home setting and community
• Collect and record data on child behaviors
• Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst
