About The Position

We are seeking compassionate, dedicated professionals to join our team as In-Clinic/In-Home Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across Arizona, including Phoenix, Glendale, Mesa, Chandler, and surrounding areas. Requirements

• Comfortable traveling to clients' homes within your service area

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences
• Implement individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA
• Track progress
• Celebrate breakthroughs (big and small)
• Keep families updated on how their child is doing
• Feel confident working independently while staying connected with your clinical team
