Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) $25/hr-$40/hr | 1099 Contract Role | School-Based | Hammonton County (On-Site) You became an RBT to make a difference—let’s make that difference where it matters most. Requirements

  • Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Ability to obtain New Jersey RBT registration prior to or within 30 days of start date
  • High school diploma or higher (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience providing ABA or behavioral support (school-based experience a plus)
  • Successful background check before employment begins
  • Passion for culturally responsive care and supporting students with disabilities
