Living Forward is a locally owned & operated ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Autism Center looking to make a positive impact in the community! Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Able to lift 30 to 50 pounds daily
- Able to crawl, run, bend, jump, kneel, crouch, and any other physical requirement involved in play
- Be able to receive and maintain Registered Behavior Technician certification. Completed in-house.
- Willingness to obtain CPR and Safety Care training
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Be able to pass a drug screen

- Prior experience working with children preferred
Responsibilities
- Prioritize patience and kindness in difficult situations
- Work one-on-one providing individual treatment for children diagnosed with autism in a play-like atmosphere while working toward client-specific goals.
- Use the principles of ABA to implement programs created by a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
- Attend interactive training and team-building exercises.
- Accurately record and graph data daily
- Write session notes daily
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding their child's day
- Communicate openly regarding concerns, needs, and questions to BCBA
- Communicate respectfully and effectively with all team members
