About The Position

At Discovery ABA Therapy, we're looking for compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in the home setting. As an In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Mount Gilead, NC you'll work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work helps children build essential skills and achieve greater independence in the environment where they feel most comfortable. At Discovery ABA, our mission is to help children with autism thrive through compassionate, evidence-based care. We provide in-home, clinic-based, and community-based ABA therapy for children ages 2-18 across multiple states. Our work is rooted in quality, collaboration, and a deep commitment to helping every child reach their full potential.

Requirements

Active RBT certification or 40-hour course certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Experience working with children across different ages and abilities

Nice To Haves

TRICARE certification
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes
Use data-driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change
Collaborate closely with families to ensure therapy aligns with real-life goals
Track and document progress using electronic medical records (EMR)
Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and clinical team
