About The Position

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs designed by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum and supports RBTs with strong supervision and clear onboarding to help them confidently apply their skills and make a real impact with families.

Requirements

• Active RBT Certification
• High school diploma
• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback
• Interest in behavioral health

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Collect and track session data
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior
• Share progress with your clinical team
