About The Position

As an RBT with ABA Squad, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping children and are interested in long-term professional growth in the field of behavioral health. Positions are available for after-school, part-time schedules.

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to complete certification (training provided)
• Reliable transportation
• A passion for helping children learn and thrive through ABA therapy

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting
• Follow individualized treatment plans
• Collect and document session data accurately
• Collaborate with BCBAs and caregivers
