About The Position

We are hiring a part-time, certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an in-home ABA case in Miami (33183). This role is ideal for an RBT seeking consistent after-school hours and a long-term case beginning January 2026. As an RBT with ABA Squad, you will provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA services while being supported by a dedicated clinical team. This position is well suited for clinicians seeking afternoon/evening hours in a consistent in-home setting.

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Passion for helping children learn and thrive through ABA therapy

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and document session data accurately and consistently
• Collaborate with BCBAs and caregivers to support client progress
