About The Position

As a Registered Behavior Technician , you'll provide high-quality, evidence‑based ABA therapy to children in a clinic setting. Under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will implement individualized behavior plans, collect accurate data, and contribute to the progress and well‑being of each client. This role is ideal for an RBT who enjoys collaboration, values consistency, and wants to grow within a stable, mission‑focused organization.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Current RBT certification (BACB), in good standing
Minimum 2 years of ABA or IDD experience
Experience working with children preferred
Strong understanding of ABA principles, including DTT and NET
Comfortable receiving and applying feedback
Ability to use Word, Excel, and Outlook
Reliable transportation
Ability to work on the floor, move up/down stairs, and remain active throughout the day

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities

Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision
Deliver consistent, clinic‑based therapy sessions
Collect and document session data accurately
Participate in training and supervision meetings
Maintain open communication with BCBAs and clinic staff
Follow ethical and billing practices with attention to detail
