NCIA is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Behavior Technician to provide direct care and behavioral support to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Under the supervision of a BCBA, the RBT will implement behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with treatment teams across residential, clinical, and community settings. Key Responsibilities: Implement individualized behavior support plans and MANDT techniques Support individuals in developing life and social skills Accurately document behavior data and progress notes Assist with behavioral assessments and plan development Communicate with BCBAs, Behavior Specialists, and interdisciplinary teams Respond to behavioral crises using approved intervention strategies Attend Person-Centered Plan meetings and required trainings Maintain RBT certification and adhere to ethical standards Join a mission-driven team making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
