Our Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position is an entry-level position, formally credentialed with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, with professional responsibilities. New technicians are trained and positioned to attain RBT status within weeks of hire and are responsible for delivering highly specialized and evidence-based therapy to children who have autism. This therapy is designed to support the child's development and progress towards recovery from the symptoms which are negatively affecting their quality of life.
