About The Position

Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient offers a wide range of outpatient services across the state of Arkansas with service delivery models to fit the various needs of patients as young as age 5. We address a variety of emotional/behavioral health needs for children, teens and adults in a traditional clinic-based setting, but we‘re also able to offer support by providing options for therapy sessions in the school or home. As a part of Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Health System, we bring over 25 years of experience providing quality care to children and adolescents. At Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient, we bring that same experience and attention when treating our adult population. The Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for providing applied behavioral analysis and community support services to clients on the Autism Spectrum who are receiving services through Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Services in the home, community, school, or clinic. The RBT will teach daily living skills and social skills using effective behavior and evidence-based treatments. The RBT will collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions. The RBT will implement training and therapy sessions designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst; ensuring that delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing and accreditation requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in a related behavioral health field for degreed Qualified Behavioral Health Provider.
  • Non-degreed Registered Behavior Technician shall have high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Both degreed and non-degreed require successful completion of 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training.
  • Computer skills necessary.
