About The Position
The Indiana Institute for Behavior Analysis (TIIBA) is celebrating 15 years of serving the Indianapolis community. We provide center-based ABA therapy to children with Autism and are looking for compassionate, motivated RBTs to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with clients diagnosed with Autism
- Implement ABA therapy programs
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Receive ongoing support from in-house BCBAs and BCaBAs
