What You'll Be Doing As an RBT, you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work will help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills while improving behaviors in a positive, play-based setting.
