About The Position

We are looking for compassionate, dedicated professionals to join our team as In-Home Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across Arizona (Phoenix, Glendale, Mesa, Chandler, and surrounding areas). Whether you're just beginning your journey in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or already certified as an RBT, we offer the support, training, and growth opportunities to help you thrive. Requirements

Patient
Dependable
Excited about working with children
High school diploma or GED
Comfortable traveling to clients' homes within your service area
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license
Auto insurance

Responsibilities

Work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences
Implement individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA
Track progress
Celebrate breakthroughs (big and small)
Keep families updated on how their child is doing
Feel confident working independently while staying connected with your clinical team
