About The Position

Behavior Technician – Full-Time | Guaranteed Hours Stable schedule. Meaningful work. Real career growth. Southwest Autism Center of Excellence is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder of all ages across multiple programs and settings located in North Phoenix, Mesa, and Central Phoenix. You will: · Implement individualized behavior and treatment plans · Support communication, social, daily living, and independent skills · Facilitate one-on-one and group sessions · Participate in community outings · Collect data and collaborate with the clinical team What We’re Looking For · 21 years of age or older · High School Diploma/GED plus 2 years of relevant behavioral health experience · Valid AZ driver’s license and Motor Vehicle clearance · Ability to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card Benefits 3 weeks of PTO your 1st year of employment, with increased accruals after continued service! 10 paid holidays Low-cost medical, dental and vision insurance, short-term/long-term disability and life insurance for employees We will help you save for retirement – 40% company match up to a 10% deferral into your SB&H retirement account! Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
