About The Position

As an In-Home or Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Pinehurst and the surrounding areas, NC you'll work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work helps children build essential skills and achieve greater independence in the environment where they feel most comfortable. We provide in-home, clinic-based, and community-based ABA therapy for children ages 2-18 across multiple states. Requirements

Active RBT certification or 40-hour course certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Experience working with children across different ages and abilities

Nice To Haves

TRICARE certification
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes
Use data-driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change
Collaborate closely with families to ensure therapy aligns with real-life goals
Track and document progress using electronic medical records (EMR)
Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and clinical team
