About The Position
Rising Spurs is seeking a compassionate RBT to provide in-home ABA therapy for a client located in Forney, TX (ZIP 75126). This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping children thrive and committed to delivering high-quality, ethical ABA services. At Rising Spurs, you will join a collaborative, mission-driven team dedicated to supporting children and families through evidence-based and compassionate care. ABA Squad is founded and led by behavior analysts. Its clinical team is comprised of energetic and enthusiastic individuals, who are passionate and dedicated to the field of behavior analysis. Our diverse and experienced clinicians come from many educational and cultural backgrounds, but most importantly, the clinicians at ABA Squad share a unified vision— to positively change the way ABA services are provided, so families have access to quality, ethically-oriented services. ABA Squad is a growing and team-oriented ABA clinical company that provides high quality, ethically oriented applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Our services include ABA therapy, social skills groups, school-readiness preparation, tutoring, early literacy training, and parent and professionals training. Our clinical team is comprised of energetic and enthusiastic individuals, who are passionate and dedicated to the field of behavior analysis. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field)
- Experience working with children preferred (ABA experience a plus)
- RBT certification
- Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license preferred
- Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for supporting children with developmental differences
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
- Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Collect accurate data and maintain session documentation
- Prepare therapy materials and activities
- Model strategies and collaborate with families
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training
