As part of our in-home ABA team, you'll work directly with children in their natural environment-at home-where your impact is immediate and meaningful. Our BCBAs will guide you every step of the way as you build relationships with families and help create real, lasting change. We'll teach you everything you need to know-even if you're new to ABA.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences
- implement individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA
- track progress
- celebrate breakthroughs (big and small)
- keep families updated on how their child is doing
