About The Position
Rising Spurs is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy for clients located in the following Dallas-area zip codes: 75253, 75227, and 75243 . Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Required: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
- Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license preferred
- Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for supporting children with developmental differences
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
- Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Collect accurate data and complete session documentation
- Prepare therapy materials and activities
- Collaborate with families and model intervention strategies
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training
