Registered Behavior Technician ($1,000 Bonus!)
About The Position
ABS Kids is seeking experienced, certified Registered Behavior Technicians for immediate part-time positions. The role involves working onsite in centers or home settings, implementing individualized behavior plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Responsibilities include collecting and recording data on client behavior and progress, providing one-on-one support, maintaining a safe and respectful environment, and helping children develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social/emotional skills. The position requires physical activity like getting up and down off the floor often and moving quickly. Requirements
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the BACB
- No additional experience needed beyond the experienced you gained in the RBT certification process
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
- Lots of energy, playful, creative
- Tech savviness- learn our data collection software and use basic office software
