About The Position

Autism 360 is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join their new Huntersville, NC location, partnering with Five Filly Farm. This innovative therapy environment blends center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with nature-based, real-world learning experiences. The company emphasizes providing RBTs with the same level of support, growth, and care they offer to children. The role involves integrating farm-based and outdoor learning into ABA therapy, creating engaging and meaningful experiences for both children and staff. Requirements

• Active RBT certification
• Experience implementing treatment plans and collecting data
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required screenings
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the day
• No allergies to small farm animals or anything that prohibits extended time outdoors

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a center-based setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect and record session data
• Collaborate with your BCBA and clinical team
• Engage children in play-based learning
• Support communication, social, and life skills
• Contribute to program development and grow your clinical skill set
• Engage in outdoor learning and movement-based activities
• Participate in animal interaction and care routines
• Lead gardening and hands-on life skills activities
• Facilitate group learning and social skill development
• Provide nature-based sensory experiences
• Conduct play-based therapy across multiple environments
