About The Position

We are hiring a part-time, certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an in-home ABA case in Miami (33183) . This role is ideal for an RBT seeking consistent after-school hours and a long-term case beginning January 2026 . As an RBT with ABA Squad, you will provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA services while being supported by a dedicated clinical team. This position is well suited for clinicians seeking afternoon/evening hours in a consistent in-home setting. ABA Squad is a growing and team-oriented ABA clinical company that provides high quality, ethically oriented applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Our services include ABA therapy, social skills groups, school-readiness preparation, tutoring, early literacy training, and parent and professionals training. Our clinical team is comprised of energetic and enthusiastic individuals, who are passionate and dedicated to the field of behavior analysis. Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Passion for helping children learn and thrive through ABA therapy

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and document session data accurately and consistently
• Collaborate with BCBAs and caregivers to support client progress
