The Registered Behavioral Technician will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in Company Centers. The Registered Behavioral Technician will collect data on programs, assist with parent training, and assist the BCBA and with clinical assessments as needed. The Registered Behavioral Technician is primarily responsible for using science-based practices that require proper protocols to create, implement, and repeat learning opportunities (trials) with clients, and documenting the child’s progress and responses. The Registered Behavioral Technician will perform job tasks under the supervision of a BCBA, use prompts and positive reinforcement with clients, and help clients to develop and build skills that will allow them to be as independent as possible throughout their lives.
