About The Position
We are seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). RBTs will implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in home, school, and/or community settings.
Requirements
- RBT certification (or willingness to obtain certification)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Interest in working with children with ASD
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be able to commute via public transportation
- Assignments within a 1-hour commute radius
Nice To Haves
- Bachelors preferred
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA therapy programs as designed by a BCBA
- Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior
- Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies
- Collaborate with supervisors and caregivers
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
