About The Position
Blue Jay ABA is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The company is committed to serving clients with compassion and integrity, while fostering a positive and empowering workplace. RBTs will work closely with children and their families under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver personalized, evidence-based care aimed at improving the quality of life for individuals with ASD.
Requirements
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
- Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software
- Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
- Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
