About the position
Soliant is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 support to an elementary-aged student in a school setting. The RBT will implement behavior interventions and support the student's progress toward specific goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role offers an excellent opportunity to positively impact a young student's development while receiving guidance from experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and individualized support strategies as directed by a BCBA.
- Collect data on student behavior and progress toward goals, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Provide direct instruction and support in various academic, social, and behavioral tasks.
- Monitor and track student responses to interventions, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support the student's progress.
- Attend regular supervision sessions with a BCBA for guidance, feedback, and ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
