About The Position
Soliant is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 support to an elementary-aged student in a school setting. The RBT will implement behavior interventions and support the student's progress toward specific goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role offers an excellent opportunity to positively impact a young student's development while receiving guidance from experienced professionals.
