About The Position
The Registered Behavior Technician Trainer is responsible for overseeing the training of new Behavior Technicians (BTs) at Breaking Barriers Therapy Services. This role ensures that all training aligns with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) requirements and involves conducting in-person training, coordinating shadowing sessions, and assessing the competency of new hires. The trainer maintains a high level of proficiency in RBT work by managing a small caseload and supporting the onboarding process to maximize retention of new staff.
