The position is located at the Corporate Headquarters in Whittier, CA, and is available for both full-time and part-time employment. The role requires the ability to work independently and comply with all company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include ensuring the protection of proprietary company and confidential client/consumer information, modeling appropriate behavior strategies, and providing consultation to support staff and supervisors.

  • College degree and/or certificate (RBT) in related field. (Preferred)
  • Must be able to pass and maintain a clear background check through the Department of Justice, in compliance of Title 17 and program design regulations.
  • Previous experience in ABA-required Ability to demonstrate knowledge of ABA principles.
  • Experience in the field or working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Experience with individuals with behavioral challenges.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Windows software & ability to learn new software easily.
  • Organized, good attention to detail, and excellent time management.
  • Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Ability to communicate with diverse audiences.
  • Legal and Reliable transportation to drive on company time for company business.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.
