About The Position

Join National Therapy Center's growing ABA team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and make a difference in the lives of children during evening shifts (3pm-7pm).

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA or a related field preferred.
• Must have after school hour availability (3pm-7pm).
• Reliable transportation to ensure on-time client sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy during evening hours.
• Accurately record client progress and maintain clinical documentation, completing all documentation within 48 hours of each session.
• Ensure all client information is secure and HIPAA-compliant.
• Work closely with families and BCBAs to ensure seamless care.
• Participate in continuous training and supervision to grow in your role.
