About The Position
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position involves supporting children aged 3-5 who are receiving ABA-based services in clinics and classrooms. The RBT will work one-on-one with students to implement individualized instructional and behavioral strategies as outlined in their Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs). This role is essential for ensuring the progress and development of each child through direct implementation of evidence-based interventions and positive behavior support techniques.
