About The Position
Beyond Behavior California is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our growing team in Stockton, CA. Founded in 2016, our mission is to provide high-quality in-home and community-based programming using the latest research and evidence-based practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We focus on enhancing the lives of children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other related disorders. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA strategies and protocols to help reduce challenging behaviors and promote positive outcomes. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care and support in their daily lives. In this position, you will be responsible for taking data on observed behaviors, implementing high-quality ABA programming, and working closely with the families of your assigned clients. You will attend training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in ABA concepts and strategies. Our flexible scheduling allows you to work between 10 to 30+ hours per week, with hours ranging from 8 AM to 7 PM. While weekends are not mandatory, they are a plus, and we offer competitive pay based on experience, with opportunities for advancement and professional development. You will be expected to demonstrate ethical behavior, maintain proper communication with families and supervisors, and ensure that your sessions are engaging and enjoyable for clients.
