As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Applied ABC, you will play a crucial role in providing home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and their families. You will work directly under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing individualized treatment plans and strategies to help children achieve their developmental goals. Your work will take place in the homes of the children, allowing for a personalized approach to therapy that is tailored to each child's unique needs. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting data on the child's progress, assisting in the development of treatment plans, and providing support to families to ensure they are engaged in the therapeutic process. You will have the opportunity to participate in ongoing training and professional development, including access to a free 40-hour RBT training and certification prep course, which is valued at $300. This training will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role and advance your career in the field of ABA.
