Position Details: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Location: Matteson, IL Onsite/Virtual: Onsite Position Type: Contract School hours for students: 7:45 am - 2:15 pm hours weekly, from Monday to Friday Student Age Group: K-3 building
Requirements
- Certified / Registered Behavior Technician in the state of IL
- Experience working with children in an educational or therapeutic setting
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Provide direct behavior intervention services to students
- Implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect data and track progress for individual students
- Assist in developing skills that enhance students' independence
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student needs
