The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for the direct implementation of behavior intervention and prevention services/practices under the close, ongoing supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The RBT implements individualized educational and behavioral programming designed and supervised by a BCBA including: direct service/support, development of new academic, behavioral, social, and daily living skills, and effective response to difficult or disruptive behavior. The RBT provides support to teachers, staff, and students.
